What is the quickest way for men to get in shape? - Just Listen to a woman

Men and women differ in opinion on many topics. And it's a big question of how they approach practice. In most cases, I think men can discover some powerful body transforming the keys by observing women.

For example, if you talk about something with a man in form, what is the first thing you hear.
